What this is

The pavement
runs out. The
party starts.

No Pave Rave is just an excuse for great people to dance all night somewhere wild in Montana. Great humans roll up to the riverside in rafts, gravel bikes and 4x4s. No stages, no wristbands — just beats, burgers, dancing and camping. Then you wake up, get back on your raft, bike or 4x4, and we leave it better than we found it.

Itinerary

Fri · 2–6 PM

9 PM–3 AM
Dance All Night

3–10 AM

The deal

Know before you come

01

The music

If you want to play or DJ, please reach out. This is amateur-friendly.

02

The land

Off the grid near Glacier National Park, 1–2 hours from civilization. You'll get details after you RSVP.

03

Eats

Friday evening: BBQ with brats, burgers, watermelon and veggies. Saturday AM: potatoes and sausages on the grill. Please bring your own water and any other food to power you and the folks around you.

04

Wilderness plumbing

#1 in the woods, #2 in a "groover" (a makeshift bucket toilet tucked away in the trees). BYO TP just in case.

05

Leave no trace

There's no crew. The night only happens because everyone carries it in, sets it up, and packs every scrap back out. We leave it better than we found it.

06

Invite only

We're keeping it smallish — friends and friends of friends. You were asked for a reason. Bring good humans, not a crowd, and please make sure they RSVP.

07

Glow With The Flow

That's the dress theme. Lean into the glow — neon, EL wire, blacklight-friendly, fairy lights, reflective bits. The dance floor lights up easier when you do.

08

Leave the pups at home

We love our furry friends, but having 20+ dogs on a river campsite may result in unwanted dookies and dog-fights that detract from dancing. Give your good boy a spa weekend on the grid — they'll thank you for it.

No pay

It's a gift economy

No tickets, no bartenders, no tips. This is 100% free. We just want you and your incredible energy.

Please bring something to share with others. That could be food, a bracelet, a lollipop, refreshments, or a fun bit of art for others to enjoy. Zero requirements here, but the point is to show up, help out, be creative and have fun.

  • Be self-reliantWater, food, layers, headlamp. The backcountry doesn't have a store.
  • Bring extra to giveShare something fun with others.
  • Pack it all outThe night only happens because everyone builds it. We leave it better than we found it.

Questions

FAQ

What does it cost?

Nothing. There's no ticket and nothing for sale on the land. It's a gift economy — come ready to give and ready to take care of yourself.

Where is it?

Off the grid near Glacier National Park, 1–2 hours from civilization. The exact spot, directions, and timing go to confirmed guests by text or email before the night.

Can I bring people?

It's invite-only and small on purpose — friends and friends of friends. If you want to bring someone, ask first and make sure they RSVP.

Is it 21+?

Yes. We love our kids, but we'll leave them on the grid for this one.

Can I bring my dog?

We love our furry friends, but having 20+ dogs on a river campsite may result in unwanted dookies and dog-fights that detract from dancing. Please leave the pups at home — they'll thank you for it.

What do I bring?

Everything you need to take care of yourself for a night outdoors — water, food, warm layers, a headlamp, a safe way home — plus something to give. A full rundown goes out with the location.

Is there a bar, food, or vendors?

No. Nobody is selling anything. Whatever's there was gifted by someone like you — so bring enough for yourself, and extra to share.

What's the rafting thing?

Some folks make a day of it on the river beforehand. There's a spot to flag your interest when you RSVP, and we'll loop you in.

When does it start and end?

Friday, June 26, 2026, running into the next morning. Exact timing comes with the location for confirmed guests.

Leave no trace — for real?

For real. Pack out everything you bring in, including the small stuff. We leave the land better than we found it. No pave, no trace.
